Give Great Presentations to Set Yourself Apart!

I hate to say it, but most attorney presentations are pretty darn boring.

Set yourself apart by following these tips:

1. Keep your presentation focused by having a plan for the beginning, middle and end. As for the end, think about what the audience should come away with, and what comes next for all attendees.
2. Lead with why you are presenting this material to make it relevant and connect to the audience.
3. Give the right amount of info – enough for the audience to follow, but not so much to overwhelm or bore.
4. Make your material accessible by telling stories. Stats are important too but adopt a conversational style.
5. Be yourself. Allow your passion to shine through.
